By using this shop and placing an order, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Nothing scary, just the practical stuff to keep things running smoothly.
The Basics
This is a small, independent shop selling hand-carved and hand-printed lino prints. Every piece is made with care, and a bit of unpredictability — that’s part of the process.
Products
Each print is handmade, so:
- Small variations in colour, texture, and placement are normal
- No two prints will be exactly identical
- Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen
That’s the nature of printmaking, not a fault.
Ordering
When you place an order:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- Your order isn’t officially accepted until it’s been processed and dispatched
If there’s ever an issue (stock, pricing error, etc.), I’ll be in touch.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and must be paid in full at checkout.
Payments are handled securely through trusted providers — I don’t store or see your full payment details.
Shipping
Shipping times, costs, and details are outlined in the Shipping Policy (worth a quick read).
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by postal services, so timings are estimates rather than guarantees.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are covered in the Returns Policy.
In short: if something’s wrong, I’ll work with you to fix it — fairly and reasonably.
Intellectual Property
All artwork remains the property of the artist (that’s me).
- Buying a print does not transfer copyright
- Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without permission
Basically: enjoy it on your wall, not on a product line.
Website Use
Please don’t misuse the site — no hacking, scraping, or anything shady.
Just browse, enjoy, and support handmade work.
Liability
I do my best to keep everything accurate and running smoothly, but:
- I’m not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs
- I’m not responsible for losses beyond the value of your order
If something goes wrong, I’ll always try to help — within reason.
