Shipping and delivery

Shipping & Delivery

Every print here starts as a block, some ink, and a bit of patience. Each one is hand-carved and hand-printed, which means no two are ever exactly the same — little quirks and variations are all part of the charm.

Processing Time
Some prints are ready to head straight out the door, others are made just for you.

  • Ready-to-ship: sent within 2–5 working days
  • Made-to-order: please allow 5–10 working days for printing and prep

Good things take a little time (but not too much). You’ll get an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

  • UK: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–21 working days

These are rough guides — once your print leaves the studio, it’s off on its own little adventure with the postal service.

Packaging
Your print will be packed up snugly and safely using:

  • Acid-free tissue paper
  • Protective backing board or a sturdy tube
  • Strong outer packaging to keep everything safe

Where possible, packaging is kept simple and recyclable.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are and what you’ve ordered.

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your parcel might pick up customs fees or import duties along the way — these are set by your country and aren’t something I can control.

Tracking
Most orders come with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your print as it travels to you. Details will be sent in your dispatch email if available.

Delays (the boring but real bit)
Sometimes post takes longer than expected, especially internationally. If that happens, hang tight — but feel free to reach out and I’ll help however I can.

Lost or Damaged Prints
If your print arrives looking a bit worse for wear, or doesn’t arrive at all, let me know within 7 days of when it should have turned up.

Send over your order number (and photos if needed), and we’ll get it sorted.

Double-Check Your Address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout — I can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address.
