Returns & Refunds
I want you to love your print — properly love it, not just “it’s nice I guess.” If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can sort it.
Changed Your Mind?
No problem — it happens.
You can return your print within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s:
- In its original condition
- Undamaged
- Packed safely for the journey back
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
Once it arrives back safely, I’ll process your refund.
A Quick Note on Handmade Prints
Each lino print is made by hand, so slight variations in ink, texture, and placement are completely normal. These little differences are part of what makes each piece unique — not faults.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item (definitely not ideal), please get in touch within 7 days.
Send over:
- Your order number
- A couple of photos of the issue
I’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
This can take a few working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
A few things can’t be returned:
- Custom or personalised prints
- Items returned in a used or damaged condition

I’m a small, independent maker — not a big warehouse — so every order (and every issue) is handled personally. I’ll always do my best to sort things fairly and quickly.
